I would say Scotland.

The "S" is the same as in "Shape". There are 2 examples of "all" in this clip, and he loops both "l"s in both examples, so I would say it is "tl" in the word in question, not "ll".

Thank you Karen. I thought that too, but just wanted another opinion because they are a Dutch family (although third generation by this time)

I qgree with Karen McDonald. Definitely Scotland. The second letter is a c in Secretary hand.
