Maybe you could narrow the date(s) from the age-at-death? (whatever that may be)
is the 1786 marriage "of this parish"?
Is she a spinster/widow?
What names witnessed?

The entry in the register gives her age as 4 years, so not Rachel who married in 1786.

There is a burial in Wellington All Saints for a Rachel Ellis, 5 October 1834. She is aged 70 and therefore born c1764 which would fit with the 1786 marriage.

Have you seen the image? (I haven't)
From indexes
Thomas Ellis married Mary Parton, 22 June 1786, Wellington
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NKH2-XZD

John (Jno) Ellis married Rachel Tranton, 8 May 1786, Wellington
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NKH2-D5N

But findmypast indexes John's bride as Rachel Parton (hence the need to see the image!)
If it was Parton, the two brides (and grooms?) may have been related.

Rachel Parton baptized at Wellington, 24 June 1764, parents Thomas and Mary
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSH6-4HKW

Which would fit with that Rachel Ellis burial in 1834, age 70.

The image is available on FindMyPast. The Curate's name is Thomas Oliver and the first letter of Rachel's surname does not look like the T in Thomas. It could be a P or even an F. Wouldn't like to say, one way or the other. Interesting though that one of the Witnesses at Thomas and Mary's wedding was a John Ellis.
