So looks like he was wounded Sept.-Nov. 1914.

All it seems to give me is his 9 months in South Africa in  1902

Never dawned on me to turn over to the next page forward on entries found.

Not much of a wound is it.
I'm surprised he was sent back to the UK but it may have been
due to the situation at the front being in chaos that most men were
sent back at this time.
There seems to have been an administrative move to the 2nd. Btn.
just prior to his discharge from hospital & then 3 months leave before
being transferred to the KLR.
He appears to have been a Pte. at this time so became RSM while in the
KLR.
During Nov. 1914 1/SG were at Veldhoek Belgium which is when he would
have been wounded.
Below is a (rare) 1914 map sketched in Nov. 1914 from the diary of
the Grenadiers.
1/SG were digging & manning the blue line.
