That would seem to tie in.

Edith was in the ATS, George in REME.

I notice Edith stayed in Dorsetshire. Her parents in Grimsby.

I wonder if they moved away from the area?

Appears Edith dies 1976 in Humberside

George in 1997 in Louth.

Have send a message to somebody who may have posted a photo of him on a site.....
