Believe this is her in 1881 at 3 Belle Vue Villa, Grove Hill Road, Camberwell:

Sarah Herdman (as transcribed on FindMyPast)  single   46    Head    no occupation     born Beverley

Age 3/4 years off but feel sure this is her - since no occupation and living alone was she already living on own means?

Looking at the image she has two boarders  - a general merchant and a wool merchant, both german. They are listed above her on the page (because they are the men in the house???) , but are clearly at the same address, so she was making a little income from them.
