Thomas Nodder of Wellington 1850-1880. Any info esp. who did he marry?

Did sister-in-law, Elizabeth Nodder ever reside in New Zealand? Perhaps Thomas went back to England to live with her. His will states that his address is "Myrtle Cottage" which is the same as that of Elizabeth. No mention is made as to the disposal of this property in his will.

[Mind you, he did not say what was to happen to the property in New Zealand either!]

Good find obtaining that funeral notice Lu. I had searched but came up with zilch.

Two John SLARKS 

John SLARKS jun. (junior) appears to have been husband of Martha.

Tree on Ancestry, maiden name was Burkett.  Death 20 Jul 1882, no mention of Thomas Nodder.

Yes Lu, I noticed there was a John Slarks Jun.

Throwing this in:

In 1845 a John Slarks was on the Jury Lists for Wellington, living at River Hutt, occupation being Labourer.  Again in 1847 he was on the list, living at Ohiro.  It also looks like he was on the list again in 1852.

Just further to above ... looks like John and Lucy SLARKES [sic] arrived firstly at Canterbury per ship "Lord William Bentinck" 1841.

And if I read that correctly they had three four children with them - one of whom is probably the John SLARKS who "married" Martha ?
