To the best of my knowledge - yes.

Thomas, b c 1824, Johana b c 1826, Jane*, b c 1829. All Spitty Estwyth / Ysbtty Ystwyth, Cardiganshire. (Jane baptised 25 June 1833, Llandilo Fawr with Philip).
Philip, circa 1833-1850, John circa 1833 - 1833,  John 15 March 1835- 25 Sep 1837, Mary Anne, b c 1837, William 21 Dec 1838,  Henry, March Q 1844. All Llanfairarybryn, Carmarthenshire.
