Great uncle James Turner born 1903

Where do I go to find my great uncles sevice records this name was James Turner born 1903 he was in the maritime reg royal artillery service no 1782364 he was lost on 3rd December 1943 any help would be great

 He was on the M.V. Empire Dabchick. sunk at 09.49 am 3/12/42
 torpedoed and sunk by U-183 (Heinrich, Schafer)
 about 200 miles southeast of sable island, Nova Scotia.
 cargo, ballast.
 all crew, and 11 gunners perished.
