I’m looking for her on the 1841 and/or 1851 census.
Marriage registration in st marys newington gives Henry Carter as her father. William skews as husband.
She gives swanscombe as her place of birth on 1861 census.
GRO index gives Harriott Carter b1839 mmn as Treadwell.

  She is in the 1841 census at Swanscombe, parents Henry and Mary. Baptised 11th Aug 1839 Swanscombe, parents Henry and Mary Ann.

Added - can't find her in 1851.

  His age is 30 and hers 40, which is a bit odd, although not impossible and we know they weren't accurate in 1841. It is definitely a 3 on the original.

Actually, not found the 1841 but found Henry and Mary in 1861, 71 & 81.
