My Sister has somehow being told by someone that a person name Toni is related direct to Elizabeth Pepperell Nee Cook daughter of Thomas Cook publican at Bell Block , any information would be great full as I am the one doing my family tree

Thank you I started my family tree about 38 years ago  tracking sifting thru each and everyone getting the facts correct in each member , As to who the Toni is my only conclusion is that she or he is decendant from one of Richard and Elizabeth Pepperell children to modern days eg from 1930 up to now the year 2021. All I know that is what my sister told me that this person is a family related to Thomas Cook via Elizabeth Pepperell

I think this calls for some hard slog on your part.    Climbing up each tree to the present time. It can be done using the resources already shown and by obtaining as many newspaper death notices as you can. Work out the exact dates of birth, death & marriage. See the next link as to how to do this.

Death notices within the last few years are often available just by using Google.

Try Facebook for names.

Hard slog its going to be because of the information  that I currently have  but to get anywhere for updates on who married, births, death from  around 1910 to about 1960 its going to a little hard but looks like I will find many leads and many dead ends to check out and find where it all leads

That's where the searching of wills in Archives and newspaper death notices become very useful.
