You need to just post a snippet - not the whole certificate (copyright).

When you are writing your post, you will see  ‘Attachments and other options’ below the  message box.

If you want to try before posting - look at this here

Sorry to butt in, but as this is in a Lookup Request thread, you cannot add any attachment.  :'(
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

I have seen that before BumbleB.
However as I am posting this message, the facility is there as I wrote previously and looks as though it should work.
Where should the poster, post the attachment please?

It would have to be a new thread under "Cheshire", but it would help if a link was made to this thread, so that any searches are not duplicated.

Just to satisfy my curiosity:
When you click on this to reply, do you see the ‘Attachment and other options’ message below?
Do you mean it just doesn’t work?

Yes, I see it BUT if you do click on "Attachments ....."  there is no facility for choosing a file to attach, whereas in the Cheshire forum, if you do the same thing then there is a an area for choosing the file and naming it.

Ah well.
I do it and it takes me to my photos to choose one. Sorry it is so big, I can’t reduce it but here is part of your message, BumbleB.
