Stephen McCabe Baileborogh
« on: Friday 13 August 21 23:10 BST (UK) »
Hi
Trying to find Stephen McCabe in the 1901 or 1911 census with no joy.
Born 1874 and married Mary Boyle 1912. So he would have been 26/27 in 1901
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1912/09915/5603767.
Any help appreciated.

Stephen McCabe was living in Beglieve near Bailieborough when he married in 1912.

The only male McCabe in the 1911 census in Beglieve was Patrick aged 62. So where is Stephen?

Michael was a national school teacher but probably owned a farm. One other son Terence was also a NS teacher but the other children would run the farm.

Looks like brother and sister Terence and Julia both teachers are lodging in Tonyduff in 1911
