 Yes, this is the only place I can find him as Edward Richard Northway Walters.   On the Census he's Edward Walters, and the Bourne marriage reference he's Richard Northway.

In considering the previous bigamy comments, might he have been married previously, then changed his name? or maybe it's a different issue with the law. 

I haven't come across this before which confused me.

Given the names of the above Northway children - might this be the Richard Northway who married Lizzie Barwell in 1892    You would need the m/c to confirm his father's name, occ etc....

I haven’t found Richard Fisher Northway on 1881 or 1891 census
