Where do you find the 1923 record?

All from London, England, Electoral Registers, 1832-1965, on ancestry.

Thanks, I can’t see a link between the Gray’s and the Crosses but I think there must be one. Emily registered Edward Gray’s death. I think Henry may have died in 1925 in Lewisham and I have just ordered that death certificate.

If it’s him it brings my family tree to its conclusion, I will be quite sad!

Death
March 1925 Lewisham 1d 1193
Gray, Henry
age 40

Burial of Henry Gray at Brockley Cemetery, 23 January 1925
14 others in grave
(Deceased Online, I don't have more details)

Henry Gray and Ellen Blanche Gray at 110 Mount Pleasant Road, Lewisham, from 1918 onwards
Electoral register compiled 1925 has Ellen Gray there, but not Henry.

Marriage at St Peter Deptford (Brockley), 25 Dec 1915
Henry Gray, 31, Examiner W. Arsenal, father James Gray, Law Writer
+
Ellen Blanche Andrews, 30

So age on marriage a good match for that 1925 death in Lewisham. Might be that chap, might not!
