Henry Mellor Snr Scarcliffe 1795?

Hi,
I'm having difficulty finding anything regarding Henry Mellor Snr, of Scarcliffe,  the first information I have of him  is a bapt of Son Henry in 1796,21st Feb along with his Wife Sarah.
Henry Jr, may  have died in 1818 aged 22 in Scarcliffe.
So other than both Father and Son being mentioned on a Bastardy bond in1816 in afraid I haven't much to go on.
Any help would be grateful

You mention "Gt Gt Gt Grandfather Henry Houldsworth" in your previous post. In Henry Sr.'s will (1832) he mentions "Henry Houldsworth, the reputed son of my son Henry."

Henry Mellors m. Sarah Limb (Lymb) on 24th December 1770 in Scarcliffe.

They had the following children:

(1771) Ruth
(1773) Job
(1774) John
(1776) Mary
(1780) Christopher
(1782) Thomas
(1796) Henry

Henry Mellors was baptised on 22 April 1744 in Scarcliffe to Christopher & Elizabeth Mellors. He died in 1832 and his will is available to view on Findmypast.

Sarah Lymb was baptised on 5 November 1749 in Scarcliffe to Job & Mary Lymb. It looks like she died in 1836.
