It has been rather a while since I posted a Where is this? so I hope you haven't all lost your skills!!!!

My lovely mother in law has been clearing out her attic, and came across the attached photo.  There is nothing on the back, and it has obviously been cut down on the left and top sides.  The only writing or markings that I can see on the photo is on the bottom right corner, where it says E J Evans, Leominster.

Looking at the 4 boys towards the left of the picture, I was wondering whether this was a school?
