After the last two WIT? were solved within seconds of me posting, I am wondering how quickly this one will be solved!

I assume that it is a public lido, rather than a school pool, and I have also attached a cropped version showing the sign.

Above swimming and diving it says "Lessons given" so no help there! Probably the name is on the Swimming Gala notice.

You could be right about the sign saying Malvern - I was reading it as Severn (as in the river), but Malvern would make more sense as a location for a swimming gala.
