Hi sparrett,

in the record qlds records the death of henry john 1/2/1917 its name his parents as louisa noon and john henry mcgregor. there is so many john mcgregor's it is hard to sort out, louisa goes by mcgregor when she marries jess baker, but i can find a death for john henry mcgregor before 1883 when she remarry's so she might have been maried to mcgregor but just took his name  carolaj

THANKS<  Its certainly him with his mother but i wonder what happen to his father , that whats i was having trouble with in the first place, i have his father as john malcolm mcgregor, there is plenty of john mcgregors.  will keep looking once again thank you for your help  carolaj

It is not what is seen elsewhere

She was not married to McGREGOR.  The child Henry was illegitimate.
She called herself McGREGOR to "save face"
