Search the parents of Georgina HARVEY, born 31 Dec 1883

I am having problems in finding the parents of Georgina Harvey. She was born on 31-12-1883 in Camberwell (GRO Camberwell 1884 M 1D 992). Her MMN is given there as Hazell.
I found what I think is her family in the 1891 census for Camberwell, but unfortunately all first names have there been given as initials only. Her parents (if this is the correct family) are H.G. Harvey (born 1853) and M.L. Harvey (born 1852).

Help in finding these parents and their marriage will be appreciated.

Thanks ShaunJ, for the help. I was unable to find the 1891 census record on FindMyPast (which I use instead of ancestry). However, the given name of the father in the 1891 census is "Frederick I Harvey", whereas in the 1901 census (and in the baptism of his daughter, and his marriage) it is James. The rest fits reasonable well. Their youngest son in 1891 is called "Frederick K", born circa 1889.

Is such change in first name a common occurrence? (I am Dutch, and not (yet?) very familiar with English genealogy...)

I try to find the birth record of father James/Frederick Harvey in the GRO birth index, without success. His wife Matilda Hazell, who in both 1891 and 1901 census is recorded as born in Cambridge, could possibly be born 1853 in Loddon and Clavering, which I believe to be near Cambridge. However, she would be 17 at her marriage.

Any suggestions how I could find the birth of James/Frederick Harvey?

This is the Harvey family in 1871.  Still using the name James

He uses the name James (or James George) for the baptisms of their children too. I think Frederick in 1891 might be an error some how

The three younger Harvey children have mother's maiden name Kitson. You'll note that James and Matilda's son Frederick has the middle name Kitson

I couldn't find births for James or John, but did find this
