On her 1864 marriage cert John is a blacksmith.  1851 census shows Blacksmith as does 1861.  Elizabeth is not with her parents in 1861

Got it! Yeah that matches, you've been really helpful - thank you!

For 1861, I think the Elizabeth is working as a kitchen maid at Blackhall, Ewes, Dumfrieshire. Showing as born in Canonbie and aged 19.

Ooh I'll have a look at that one now.

Yeah I found the birth with MMN Hill - I think that's correct! Thank you

There are quite a few trees for this family, some with a lot of detail on Ancestry (you might have My Heritage?).

A brief outline of the family given here (don't know how accurate this may be and would need to be checked out as always  ::)) www.ancestry.co.uk/genealogy/records/john-graham-24-1w6p1df

Yeah I have myheritage - it seems like some information on Ancestry I don't find on myheritage! It's a pain in the bum - your help is much appreciated and that link definitely has lots of info to comb through

I can see it when I look on ancestry but not on myheritage - is this a common issue? I'm trying to approach it from a few different ways to see the record, maybe it's been uploaded differently :/

I've never used My Heritage - only Ancestry & FindMyPast.  It's not unknown for transcriptions to vary between the different sites.  Quite often I've been unable to find something on Ancestry because it is transcribed differently to other sites
