Concussion, of spinal layers .
Wonder if a fall or something heavy falling on
the person’s head.?
Would probably compress the discs between vertebrae causing neurological damage to spinal cord and so brain damage.
Viktoria.
Just an idea.

Concussion of Spine 4 years

This (above) from Bookbox

Modern definition of spinal concussion - this says it is transient whereas the certificate says it was a feature for 4 years.
Spinal cord concussion is a transient disturbance of spinal cord function, with or without vertebral damage and no demonstrable pathologic changes, that results from a rapid change in velocity following trauma, and resolves within 48 hours..(from Pubmed)

caused by

A traumatic spinal cord injury may stem from a sudden, traumatic blow to your spine that fractures, dislocates, crushes or compresses one or more of your vertebrae. It may also result from a gunshot or knife wound that penetrates and cuts your spinal cord. (mayo Clinic)
