Needing help deciphering a Marriage Bond

I'm struggling with to decipher  some of the above bond and hoping for some help to fill in the gaps.
This is what I have so far.

And lastly if the same Marriage shall be openly solemnized in the Church or Chapel in the …..between the hours appointed in the Con……..and according to the book of common Prayer were by Law Established And if the above bounden William Parker



Bennett - Shepshed, Leics.
Coulman- Surrey/London/Lincs.

I think the first two missing words are 'Licence specified' and the second 'Constitutions Ecclesiastical'.

above bounden William Parker …………?so said himself?  ..…his surrogates and all other his officers whatsoever by reason? of the ……?…. Then this obligation to  be void or else to remain in full force and virtue
