That looks like a baptism record not a birth certificate.

Baptised on the 6th of whatever month and year it was, parents are Victor and Harriet Mady, living at Greenland Grove.  Victor's occupation appears to be waiter.

You may be able to verify his occupation by checking a census record.

I'm guessing that the surname has been somewhat adjusted over time.  There is this marriage which appears to be Harriet's parents:-

On 27th December 1832 at Holborn, London between Victor Mad and Harriot Franciss.

Did Harriet have a sister called Rosalie?

Thx she did. I also put another question on the forum as Name seems to have been 'amended' from Madit to Mady. of in this case just plain Mad.

Her first name has been spelt differently.
