Last 6 words

I've finished transcribing the Will and Indenture of 1620 and have just 6 letters/words that I'm stuck on!

The first three are from the Will and the second three from the Indenture.

If anyone could please help me tick some/any/all of them, that would be great  :)

1. (if reasonable they could) conp....?  [the context is the executors would need to meet with a family member who may contest the will to come to some sort of agreement]

2. Cuthbte Dale one of his Executores that Br?? his
sonne of Lincoln [I'm guess this is someone's name]

3. Francis Beomont & ?ne [I'm not sure of the letter here]

It won't let me post three more snips, so I'll add them to a new post.

... (if reasonablie they could) compound ...*

... Cuthb(er)te Dale one of his Executo(ur)s that Brough his
sonne of Lincoln ...

Francis Beomont & me, the said Thomas ...

* ADDED - the last letter does look more like -e, but from the context you give I suspect he intended to write compound.

Ooh, fantastic!

I can see the 'me' now - I was thrown by the top of the 's' underneath  ::)

That's great. Thanks so much.
