Thomas Livermore born 1787

My husband is a Livermore with paper trail through male line back to Robert Livermore b abt 1603. His autosomal DNA  links him to lots of other Livermore descendants including a descendant of your Thomas's brother William (1791).
But as his ancestors at that time were from a small area of the country where Livermores were plentiful, this could be a co-incidence and his actual genetic link is to a different ancestor. That was why I had done some previous research and was looking again at records I had already viewed.

This has been an enormously encouraging start to my searches, thank you so much LizzieL, especially to know there are recorded descendants of Thomas Livermore's siblings.  As explained in my personal message, my back-to-front quest is to find whether our part of the family carries UK Livermore DNA.  I now need to register with an appropriate DNA company.  If that results in matches from Thomas's siblings then we are descended from Thomas.  If none then our feelings that we are not may be correct, opening a whole new field of search.

I've become fond of Thomas, I've had sudden and strong feelings recently that he was a caring man.  Does anyone else ever have feelings about the people they're researching?

I've been looking into the children of James Livermore and Eleanor Buttell / Buttle
In Reply#9, I had the following baptisms all at Little Abington
Susanna bapt 29 Jan 1786
Ann bapt 15 Mar 1789 possible burial 30 May 1790 at L Ab (transcript says age 0, but would be just over 1)
William bapt 21 Apr 1791 (can't find a burial)
Elizabeth bapt 6 Jan 1793
William bapt 3 May 1795
Sarah 13 May 1798

I have found the following marriages
Susanna Livermore in L Ab on 8 Aug 1808 to Samuel Burn
Sarah Livermore to Thomas Keath in L Ab on 23 Sep 1820
William Livermore (of L Ab) to Elizabeth Bright widow (of Linton) at Linton 9 Feb 1823 (this might be Banns date.

1851 has Thaomas and Sarah and younger two children, and confirms Sarah's birthplace as L Ab

1861 has William and Mary Ann and daughter Eleanor Ann age 9 b Linton.

There's a 54 year old Elizabeth Livermore buried in Linton on 17 Jan 1849, which could be William's first wife.
William Livermore s/o James married Marianne Cooke (d/o James) at Hildersham on 20 June 1850.

I haven't found Samuel and Susanna Burn yet.

Death for Ellinor Livermore Linton RD Q2 1841 age 84 would fit with her living with William after being widowed. Annoyingly just before 1841 census.
James Livermore buried L Ab 27 Feb 1838 age 74 (b abt 1764) fits with illeg son of Ann.
Ann might have subsequently married and had further children.

Looks like Burn could be Bunn, death for Samuel Bunn in Great Ab in 1833 (BT has Burn)
1851 in Gt Ab, Susanna Bunn wid 68 b Lt Ab, pauper and daughter Lucy 22 dressmaker

Given that he tried to murder my ggggg-grandmother, Mary, I'm going to have to disagree with you. Maybe you should look into all the crimes he committed after being transported too.
