Tank regiment based at Seaford, Sussex in WW2
« on: Monday 27 September 21 17:51 BST (UK) »
Are there any records of Canadians who served in a tank regiment, based in Seaford, Sussex during WW2?

My friend would love to trace the father she never knew. She believes that his name was Freddie Jeroux (that might not be the correct spelling) and he was believed to have been a French Canadian, maybe from Quebec, serving with a tank regiment, based in Seaford, Sussex, England at the time of her conception. She was born in September 1945.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Researching the names Mckenzie / Mackenzie from Ross and Cromarty especially Scoraig and Rherivach.

The names Fraser, MacGillivary and Grant from Daviot & Dunlichity.

The name of Fraser from Lanarkshire.

The name of Bell from Northumberland.

The name Chilla / Chylla / Chyla from Poland.

Many, many thanks for sharing that link - it was a struggle to register, but I managed it after more than a few tries.
Fingers crossed I might get some answers for my friend.
