I'm not to sure where to look for this info regarding  this person of whom has passed away  he got married  in 1947 in venice  to a bruna  bottagia   any ideas please  thank you

Hi, Believe your Victor was actually born as Harold Victor Waterhouse december quarter 1924 Dudley with mother's maiden name Price.

Bruna died aged 67 in  1993  Dudley. Her date of birth given as 4th November 1925

Victor Harold died 2012 Worcestershire.

Believe this to be the marriage of Victor Harold's parent's.

Just for your records Bert Waterhouse married in 1954. Cannot name wife as she may well still be living, her initials are D.S. They had 2 children. Bert died 1988 Dudley. Ancestry has an image of his Gravestone detailing wife and children.

The 100 year rule I believe applies to births being listed.

Try to find an obituary in the local paper it may provide clues.
