National Archives look up
« on: Monday 11 October 21 13:38 BST (UK) »
I have a reference taken from Family Search which points to the National Archives but I can't really find my way around their index.  Is there anyone with a bit more experience than me who could help with this please.

"Great Britain, War Office Registers, 1772-1935," database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:827G-922M : 9 September 2021), Jno B Verdi, 18 Jun 1810; United Kingdom, 18 Jun 1810, TNA WO 25. The National Archives of England, Kew; FHL microfilm .

The document is from the War Office (WO classification).

You need to do a search on WO 25, and probably search for "Verdi", too.

OR you could view it yourself at a few places other than TNA.

"To view these images do one of the following:

In this case: (WO 25)
