Is this Margaret in 1861

Thomas Hogolie 70 head widower labourer born Ireland
Margaret Hogolie 20 daughter dress maker born Birmingham

Maybe the younger Thomas was her brother as he seemed too young.  This Thomas is much older.

What do you think?

Thank you this is a real possibility as as they were still in the Aston area when she married Elijah let me think about this Thomas was b in Ireland and his parents were Thomas and Ann so these could be Margerets parents I have just seem a 1841 census where Thomas is 12 I'm sure he had a younger sister Margaret

Here's an 1851 in Birmingham

Thomas Hagobie 60 head born Kega Ireland - bricklayers labourer
Ann Hagobie 50 wife born Kega Ireland
John Hagobie 24 son born Kega Ireland - printer compositor
Harriett Hagobie 10 daughter born Birmingham - scholar

No Margaret though unless Harriett was her.  Will see if can find any births in Birmingham.

Thank  you I have restructured my tree. I found Thomas and John's baptisms in Irish Catholic records for Sligo. I wonder if there were separate Catholic records for England like the non conformists. I think that's my next step and also to find the parents marriage in Sligo or Thomas sr baptism

Yes, there should be plenty of Catholic parish registers in the local archives. Most have an on-line catalogue, so you should be able to check what they hold before you try to contact them.
