Bevin Family From England to USA

Cleaning out the attic of a relative I came across a family Bible with notations of the Bevin family members born between 1810-1848. 

Specifically, James Bevan, b 1831.  Parents were Charles Benjamin Bevan(1801-1856) Rebekah Jones(1806-?) 
I am beginning to research the Bevin family and how there might be a connection with the Conrad family.  I do have a lot of dates regarding the Bevin, but I do not know what resources there are available to connect the dots from Monmouthshire to USA.  Any pointers would greatly be appreciated
so I can connect the dates.

I can see a Charles and Rebecca Bevan living here Blaina, Aberystruth, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire in the 1841 census.

Seven children listed including James born 1831.

Does this look like the correct family?

Tamaqua PA is where they went.  The 1841 Wales Census has them listed at 1379 Aberystruth montmouthshire, with Jane, Anna, Martha, James and a James Phillpott.
