Indications are (using this site: https://marriage-locator.co.uk/) that this marriage took place at the register office, not in any of the churches in the registration district.

I cannot find it in any of the transcriptions.

    Morning all..
      It would seem that I have a William HULL & HALL in the records married to a caroline,
     will have to go to west Sussex record office and do some rummaging, a bus ride from
     home and try see the marriage record and or the birth well all I can say at mo watch this
     space, thanks any way what would one do with out you all, fantastic ......

    Hi all again I found my James Bp in St Peter the less in Chichester, the record I must say
    looks very much like Hull as against Hall, but the parents are the same, 13 Sept 1863,
    William & Caroline, thats one hole in the wall, thanks all.....
