Elizabeth SALVAGE abt 1791-1845? Living in Wookey Hole in 1841
« on: Monday 18 October 21 09:43 BST (UK) »
Hi
Does anyone have any information re Elizabeth Salvage (abt 1791- and possibly 1845) who was living in Wookey Hole in 1841 aged 50 as a woman of independent means.  She was born in Somerset according to the census.  She is recorded as having four children living with her - no husband
William aged 18 (b1823)
John aged 15 (b1826)
Robert aged 12 (b1829)
and her daughter Eliza aged 20 (born 1821)

Her daughter Eliza is the link to the tree I am researching and I have Eliza marrying John Parker in Wookey on 1st July 1844.  Their daughter Mary Ann Parker was born 16th March 1845 in Wookey.  Eliza was the informant for Mary Ann's birth, but I can't make out where they were living in Wookey.  It looks like Horse or House or even Flower Batch, Wookey.  Can anyone help shed any light Eliza's family.  Many thanks

Ellen
