Is this the family in the 1841 census? Keep in mind that the 1841 census doesn't indicate "relationship". So never presume someone is a parent, sibling, child, etc.

Name:   Susan Tozler [Susan Tosler/Tusler]
Age:   75
Estimated Birth Year:   abt 1766
Where born:   Yorkshire, England
Civil Parish:   Sutton
Hundred:   Holderness (Middle Division)
County/Island:   Yorkshire
Registration District:   Sculcoates

She's residing with the following people. Location: Chaffers Alley.
John Tozler  30  (occupation: cooper)
Ann Tozler    30
Samuel Tozler  3
Geo Tozler     10

that's the correct family! i have a birth cert for Samuel Tozler (Tosler/Tusler) his dad John was named as a Cooper occupation. Im assuming Susan is Susanna which would mean i had the correct family line, I know from my 2nd cousin that her mum said that her mother & Grandmother didn't know how to write so the last name often got written incorrectly. Odd because the Toslers were sucessfull business owners (males).
there will be a death cert for Susan wont they since its after 1837... IDEAS!

You really need to view the 1805 marriage record image on FindMyPast. See my post above (bottom of page 1). Given Susanna's approx age in 1841, the 1836 burial for JT is looking likely. But he's probably not the German fellow.

No sign of the mother's death yet, post-1841 census. Could she be with daughter Sarah somewhere else?

Not sure if you're using Ancestry or Family Search, but this might be son John Tosler in 1851.
His occupation is "cooper". Note that Ancestry have transcribed the surname as "Fosler".

I have a sub for Findmypast, I can see the transcription of a marriage for Susana Davison & Tusler on 17/12/1805 Sculcoates, but I can't see the marriage on the actual image, but the marriages that I can see only give the date, names of the bride & groom and the parish.

There is a burial for a Susan Fosler age 78 of Chaffers Court, 4th Sep 1846, but I think it says Witham and I am not familiar with the area but I can't see a death reg. at all. She is buried at St. Mark, Kingston upon Hull.

It's on the same site you mentioned before.

Good find! The family were at Chaffers Alley in the 1841 census. Interesting that the name "Fosler" is seen again. Are they both mis-transcriptions?
