George Edwin Bridges family help

I would like to get some help re a couple of George's family specifically his wife and a son.
The family burial plot is in Sparta, New Jersey. The marker has George E 1918-2006, Veronica C 1928- 2011, Lori G 1958-1978 and James A 1956-2003. I have had no problem with George Edwin nor daughter Lori Grace. Veronica C appears to be Veronica Catherine who was born 19 Jul 1928 New York and died 9 Feb 2011in New Jersey. My problem with Veronica is that I can not find her maiden name. James A is James Alfred and he was born 13 Dec 1956 Manhasset, New York and died 2 Dec 2003 location unknown.
Can anyone help with Veronica's maiden name and James death location?
