In the 1851 census, your Anthony Moore is living with his brother Dennis and family.
Looking at military papers for Dennis, it reads as if he was born in "Clonend" Queens, Ireland. The closest names I can see might be the parishes of Clonenagh and Clonaghen, or the town Clonaslee. (Someone on the Irish forum should be able to help with the name.)
As this brother Dennis, also has children born in Scotland, you could follow up on their birth certificates to find the place of birth in Ireland.

Anthony's birth year according to the census is about 1831.

There are another two sons -  Alexander 14/11/1849 Dalbeattie, St Peters on Scotlands People, father Antonius Moore and mother Elizabetha Cummins.
James Laurence Moore born 24/1/1855 Edinburgh, St Marys Cathedral, father Anthony Moore, mother Elizabeth Cunning.

Yes, but the 1849 will not have parent details, and I believe the 1855 one has already been consulted.

Also in the 1851 census, There is a nephew named Fenton / Finton Moore birth ca. 1831. His later census in 1911 has him born in Mountrath Queens county ireland.
There is a bap record for him in November 1830, parents James Moore and Kitty MaCabe

Thank you Neale. Yes, I have the children born in Scotland (and the baby born in England) and his life after Scotland. I just can't find anything from Ireland
