Hello,

I have exactly the same problem with a Gedcom export of my Family Tree Builder Gedcom, but no help whatsoever from MyHeritage after a week, and I cannot find the wrong duplicates among > 500 possible duplicates.
Any hint is welcome

An update to my previous post:

The main reason why I want to generate a Gedcom from Family Tree Builder and not use the Gedcom export of MyHeritage, is to include the mediafiles in my Gedcom. (The Gedcom export of MyHeritage produces links to  webpages that are useless for most genealogy programs)
I finally got there through a workaround:

The complete genealogy builder - http://www.tcgr.bufton.org/tcgbover.htm can import a MyHeritage gedcom file with its media links, store the media files locally on your PC, and generate a lot of different gedcom outputs (with media files) much better than Family Tree Builder does.

I strongly recommend it.
