Not really sure, I have a disc of Vctorian marriages i will try to look up there. Covid has hit us really bad here in Australia and money is short so i can only use sites that don't cost to go on. back soon will have a look at the disc. Thank you for helping me it is really appreciated

There are two images to look at as the indent goes across two pages.

In the left hand menu click on images 36 and 37, he is the second last entry on the pages. 

Tried in Manchester but a native of Tiverton, Devon.  The last column gives family, and says B(rothers) Wm, Robert and John.  S(isters) Mary, Caroline and Anne.  The 'NP' at the end indicates that the siblings were living at his native place.  His parents are not named so possibly deceased.

i wonder were the parents were as you suggested may be passed on. The only thing i have for William he was born either 1781 or 1779 both Devon Cheshire England. Joanna O'Neil Dublin Ireland.
