Thank you Erato. I checked this out and it is likely the second person with father William Waters.
Elizabeth was born May 1856 in Ohio, unverified, to parents William Waterson and Elizabeth Horner nee Maxwell. This certificate has May 20, 1861 for dob but I would think it is the right person. I tried to find the couple in 1900 and 1910 but was not successful. There is a William H. Kling in Dayton, Ohio, prior to 1909 as per city directories.
If they married in 1877, there should be children before 1900, if they had any. Oh, I just found them in 1900, says married 23 years, no children. But says Elizabeth born Pennsylvania which may be why I didn't find them before, if I put in Ohio. Interestingly enough, there is a niece living with them, age 10, looks like Iva H. Watterson. Since Elizabeth only had one sibling, a brother John Clayton Watterson, it would have to be his child and I don't have any born in 1889. I have Mayme Belle born 1873, William abt 1875, Maudie abt 1878, and Raleigh Oct 13, 1878, possibly Zella Irene who died Jan 6, 1886 in Canton, Ohio at age 1. John died Mar 22, 1895 as per findagrave.
