Johanna's still alive in 1901 and still in Taylor's Yard

Johanna James    72 - b Ireland, widow, living on own means
Mary Oshea    60 - b Ireland, single, living on own means
Florence Mc Carthy    37 - son, b Southwark, waterside labourer

Last trace I have of her is transfer from Southwark workhouse to Tooting Bec asylum in Sept 1907

I think I have found John James marrying a Sarah Thirtle / Thistle? in Hatcham 1876... and I believe Thomas Jnr died in 1868 at Kings College Hospital.
