1900 Census Lola M Fortney

Can anyone assist in finding Lola May on the 1900 census?

Husband John A Fortney born 1876 Stark Ohio
Lola May Fortney nee Beck, born  8 May 1876, Armstrong Pa.

Married 24 March 1897, Jefferson. Ohio.

Their daughter Ethel May was born 1899.  Born Allegheny Pa according to her marriage certificate.

Trying to find their address on the 1900 census

All three should be on the 1900 census but I have been unable to find them.

1910 census    Wilkinsburg Ward 3, Allegheny, Pennsylvania shows mother Lola remarried to Elijah Jefferson Long.  Ethel and her sister listed as step-daughters to Elijah.

Ida M Long (should be Lola) 33   Wife. marriage 2. Had 3 children and 2 survive.

I had seen the 1910 census where it appears Lola and Elijah had been married for only two years.
Helen had been mentioned in the family but I had very little information on her.
Love the detailed press cutting about who was doing what and all the social events connected to the wedding.  Very much appreciated to have all this new data on her.

I am in touch with two of Ethel's granddaughters and they would dearly like to know where she  was born.  The nearest I can get is Allegheny from her marriage certificate, but just where?
A stab in the dark, as she was born 1899 if the family were still in Allegheny 1900 census the street address would probably be where Ethel was born.  Ethel's husband Kenneth was my cousin, albeit very much older then me.

John Fortney is a dark horse, I'm afraid I can find very little about him, but I believe he also married again and had other children.

I wonder who Lola's third child was.

Strange the 1900 census should be so elusive.

John A Fortney, driver, home at 102 East, A.
Oliver Fortney, driver, boards 102 East, A.

the abbreviation page, page 111  of the original book, just before the listings start, says that "A" = Allegheny. That would be Allegheny City, bordering on Pittsburgh until it became part of Pittsburgh, maybe 1906 or so - you'd need to look it up to be sure.

Just going by a quick look at ancestry's records, but not putting all the pieces together, Oliver might have been John A's uncle. 1870 Census of Tuscarawas, Stark County, OH has Richard and Oliver Fortney (and other siblings) in the household of David Fortney.

John A Fortney's 2nd marriage record, 25 Dec 1906 in Woodbury County Iowa, says his parents were Richard Fortney and Sarah Ethling. The 2nd wife was Anna Magel.

John A died in Sioux City, Iowa 24 Jan 1947.

and there are two Olivers, maybe one was the uncle and the other was a cousin. Anyway it isn't that common of a first name, so I think the man at 102 East St, Allegheny City, is who you are looking for.
