"Jour de Paix" 1660.

I came across this entry in the parish register for Montreuil sur mer, amongst the baptisms, marriages and burials. Dated 24th Feb 1660.
I find it's always interesting to find what was happening in the lives of our ancestors.
This  priest obviously thought this peace was worthy of a write up in the parish register. As Montreuil sur mer was on the west coast of France, the war may have affected their lives for many years.
I have made an attempt at transcribing it, and can see it mentions the peace between Louis fourteenth of France and Philip the fourth of Spain, but I would be grateful for a transcription by those whose French is much better than mine!

Le vingt quatriesme febvrier de l'an bissextel mil six cent soixante a
l'honneur de la Tres Saincte Trinité, et soulagement du peuple chretien a estée
publiée la paix entre les puissants princes et Rois Louie Quatorze Roy de
France, et Philippes Quatre Roy des Hespaignes conclué, et arrestée par les
conferences de l'eminent Cardinal Mazarini ministre du Roy de France, et
du marquis Louie d'Arot ministre du Roy des Hespaignes apres vingt quatre
ans huict a noeuf moiz de guere a compte du jour de sa publication
par acte d'hostilité, jusqu'a ce jour de la publication de la paix, par
laquelle aussy s'est fait l'auguste mariage de Louie Quatorze Roy de France
avecq l'infante d'Hespaigne fille de Philippes Quatre. Que Dieu remplisse le
coeur de ces princes des Saincts mouvemens de sa crainte, du zele de sa gloire
et de l'amour de la justice, comble un sy admirable mariage d'un Sainct
et heureuse succez et d'une lignée glorieuse a Dieu, advantageuse a
l'eglise, et au peuple chretien leure subiets.

My translation. I'm not sure how to exactly translate the sentence starting with Que Dieu (May God ...). It's the kind of language I don't speak

On the 24th February of the leap year 1660, to the honour of the Very Sacred Trinity, and the relief of the Christian people, the peace was published (=announced to the public) between the powerful princes and kings Louis XIV, king of France and Philippe IV, king of Spain. This peace followed a period of war lasting 24 years and 8 to 9 months. The eminent cardinal Mazarin, prime minister of the king of France, and marquis de Haro, prime minister of the king of Spain, negotiated(*) this treaty.
Also announced is the sacred marriage of Louis XIV, king of France, with the Spanish infanta, daughter of Phillipe IV. May God fill their hearts with the holy movements of his fear, the zeal of his glory and the love of justice, and fill such an admirable marriage with a sacred and joyfull succes and of a glorious lineage to God, advantageous to the Church and the Christian people.

(*)I say negotiated, because that's what they did. Peace between 2 kingdoms often resulted in a 'forced' marriage between one of each to seal the deal.

Yes, 'wordy' language isn't it? Reading between the lines, it sounds as if they were mighty sick of the squabbling between the countries, and hoped this would bring an end to it. My guess is not!
