Page mix up in Collinstown Parish Register.

I hope I can explain this clearly.
First this can’t be proved without seeing the original register.

On Film 04169/03 starting 12 May 1844
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635118#page/1/mode/1up

The months do not run chronological, beginning May 12th than June, July, and August with 29th of August showing near the bottom of the page, the next page is badly damaged https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635118#page/6/mode/1up ( right hand) but it’s clear to see a set of baptisms and then August written clearly and a set of baptisms underneath. The next page https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635118#page/7/mode/1up (left hand)  has a couple of baptisms than May clearly written and goes on to June and July, the next page is September.

I believe the damaged page is a loose page from 1849 pushed into the incorrect year also put in reverse.

1849 has a gap https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635118#page/17/mode/1up
One baptism in April at the bottom of the left hand page and the next is Sept on right hand page.

I believe Luke Partland on the 8 April of the damaged page is the second April baptism of 1849.
All later records for Luke in Australia give him a birth year of c1852 also he has a sister baptised in 5 May 1844 on a different film.  I also tried to follow up some of the other children on the page, not so easy without townlands so I looked for marriages for the parents.
Two of the couples didn’t marry until 1847 Peter Fox and Mary Kain son Michael's baptism is on the damaged page and Christopher Lestrange and Mary Fagan son John’s baptism is on the damaged page.
If you have someone who appears to be baptised in 1844 when all other records indicate a birth closer to 1849 it would be worth checking if they are on this damaged page and decide for yourself.
