In the very first line it has the name of a place of residence I assume in Mickleham.  I look at and think it is 'wifamble or wilfamble'?

It's a 'long s' Bronwen, so 'Wistomble'. (Look at 'last testament'.)
Google suggests this is now 'Westhomble', which seems to be very close to Mickleham.
Indeed there is a 'Mickleham and Westhomble local History Group.
