Do you mean words after Holme on the rest of the line or the entry below Robert Holme?

Robertus Holme do Archoland sepult 7 Februar
Margareta Wallor ? Nallor? vid do _ _ _ _ _ sepult 11 Februar

Robert Holme do Archoland buried 7 February
Margaret Wallor widow do  _ _ _ _  buried 11 February

Was Archoland or similar a place or a parish? I can't decipher Margaret's abode.
"do" (ditto) may be for ditto for parish on line above.

Hi
It’s a birth record, I was hoping to find Roberts parents, but I cannot read it.
Thanks

I read it as 'de (of) Archolme'. Also I don't think it can be a birth record because 'sepult' means buried, as maidenstone said.

I've just looked at it again and it dawned on me that it's clearly "de" not "do".  :-[ So ignore the last line of my previous reply. Wasn't concentrating.

Added. Re. Kathleen's reply about birth record. Was it a combined baptisms and burials register? Some churches used the same book for both.
All entries in the extract were burials ("sep" or "sepult"). At least 2 were widows.

The extract is not from the parish register, but from the bishop’s transcripts. They include baptisms and burials. Halfway down the page there is a section-heading Sepulturæ, meaning Burials. This record is definitely a burial.

Other places mentioned are Hornby, parish of Clapham, Wray (for Margaret Waller) and Melling.
