Hi thewizard53 and welcome to Rootschat, where possible, it's advised that the image be scanned at a resolution of 300dpi and in colour mode. You can post a file size of up to 500kb and this is a very small file scanned at a low 72dpi and file size of just 53kbs. which doesn't give is much to work with.

These are the best quality versions I have at the moment. Will remember those guidelines going forward though
