Decipher Cause of Death

Is anyone able to transcribe the cause of death on this certificate. 
I have tried googling numerous variations without success

Scorbutus   is Scurvy, so two separate causes. Anaemia probalbly the main cause.

Add - Anaemia written as Anĉmia     ae is called an ash!

Thank you both for replying.  The cause of death makes sense to me now
