In Llanrhaiadr - have a look at a map as it's either a township or a farm.

o/k found it thanks. but cant find them at all. i mean richard and morgan. i am wondering if he was born around bala, as lots of dna there. are they in a census please or to early. thank you.

Have you checked  www.familysearch.org as that's the starting point for most FH dating back that far

Can you please make sure you include all info you have when you post requests? In this case you knew his parents names but your post gives the impression you don't have that info.  You also knew his birthplace but didn't include it.
