1939 gives DOB as 21 April 1866 dies 1946 Staffordshire.

Sarah Elizabeth Collop "possibly" married Frederick Sargeant 1914 Bury St Edmunds after her fathers death in 1913.
1921 census may be of use.

Frederick George Collop married 1888 Elizabeth Wilson at St Ives.
(it's his son Frederick age 20 who is with William and Sarah 1911 census)

Ada Elizabeth as Elizabeth 28 is with Joseph Smith 32 and daughter May 6 months census  1901 Staffordshire.
1911 she is Ada Smith living in Stoke on Trent but Joseph is now 65. I cannot find a marriage and only 2 of the children registered.

I found a Cambridge Ind Press 24th April 1908 ..... Arthur Ernest Collop committed for trial. I couldn'y find any further details. Or his death??
