Decipher Address + Medical Info?

Hi all, I've got 2 pieces from an 1877 military record I need help deciphering.

No 1 is the address of next of kin. It says
Brother,  Robert  Older   54 Christ Church St Chelsea
Sister     Sarah      ''       51 Prince Consorts Cottages Windsor
''            Jane    younger [address]
It seems to cross her out and replace her with "Mary, wife with husband" which I believe is referring to the soldier's wife. Can anyone decipher Jane's address please?

No 2 is his medical information - I can see he had about 3 bouts of Gonorrhoea and 2 of Syphilis, but I can't decipher much of any of the remarks/treatment column next to it, other than maybe Fomentations as a treatment for Orchitis. Anyone familiar with medical terms that can help would be very appreciated!!

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
