Missing parents

Hi everyone, I have a Bessie Gillard in my tree born abt 1895 yeovil Somerset. Stated as granddaughter to Elizabeth sartin born abt 1851 yeovil Somerset and family in the 1911 census.

I haven't been able to find out who were Bessie's parents.
 Elizabeth sartin had a number of children 2 were born out of wedlock George born 1876 and Harry Gillard born 1870. But I can not seem to place Bessie with them.
Any thoughts?

Gillard, Bowden,Burden,Lock,Rowe,Sartn,Chitty.

She was one of Harry's children.
Do you have to pay to check the GRO?
